Shipping Costs 

We offer free shipping on all orders. Shipping costs are included in your product price — there are no additional shipping charges at checkout.


Processing Time 

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer. Products may ship from locations outside the United States.


Shipping Times 

Estimated delivery times vary by shipping method and destination:

  • United States: 6–13 business days
  • Europe: 21–35 business days
  • Canada & Australia: 14–28 business days
  • South America: 28–56 business days
  • Middle East: 21–42 business days
  • Asia: 7–21 business days
  • Africa: 28–56 business days

Delivery estimates begin after processing is complete. Additional time may apply for remote or hard-to-reach addresses. Orders containing multiple items may ship separately and arrive at different times.


Tracking 

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update after you receive it. Please note that tracking visibility may be limited once your package reaches its destination country, depending on the shipping method used.


Shipping Restrictions 

We are unable to ship to all destinations. If your country is unavailable at checkout, we cannot fulfill your order at this time.


Orders Delayed

If your order is stuck without tracking updates, still shown as in transit, or has not arrived within the following timeframes from the date it was shipped (which may vary depending on your location and shipping method):

  • United States: 45 days
  • Brazil: 110 days
  • All other countries: 60 days

Orders Not Received

If your tracking shows your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first, as packages are sometimes held for pickup.

To be eligible for a refund or resend, a non-delivery certificate issued by your local post office with an official seal is required.

Please note that delivery attempts are made 1–3 times. If a package remains unclaimed, it will be held at your local post office for 3–7 days before being returned to the sender.
