We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully.


Return Window

You have 30 days after delivery to initiate a return or file a claim. Claims submitted after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition. You'll need your order number, proof of purchase, and clear photos or video of the item and its packaging.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos or video of the item and the shipping label. Depending on the extent of the damage:

  • Severely damaged items are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
  • Partially damaged items may be eligible for a partial refund or replacement.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you received the wrong item or are missing part of your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and your order details. Resolutions vary depending on the situation:

  • Incorrect item received: Full refund or replacement.
  • Wrong color or size received: Refund or replacement.
  • Missing parts which don’t affect product function: Partial refund or resend the missing part
  • Missing parts which affect product function: Resend the product
  • Missing accessories: Resend accessories

Please Note:

For size problem: Measure the product according to the correct measurement method and provide us with a photo of the measurement. This will help expedite the process.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please have the following ready:

  • Your order number and proof of purchase
  • Clear photos or video of the item and the shipping label

To submit your request, log into your account, go to your order history, and select the order you'd like to return. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your request.


Low-Value Items

For items under $10 in value, returns are generally not practical. Used or opened items are likely not eligible for resale, and the cost of labor for inspection and repackaging can easily exceed the product value. In these cases, we recommend one of the following:

  • Keep the item and receive a partial refund.
  • Receive a resend if you are willing to cover the shipping cost.

If you insist on a return, you may ship the item back at your own expense.


High-Value Items

For high-value items, if a return and restock is required, please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
  • Upon arrival at the warehouse, inspection and restocking services may incur additional charges.

Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to issue refunds or accept returns in the following cases:

  • The incorrect shipping address was provided at checkout.
  • The package was unclaimed or not picked up from the carrier or post office.
  • The item has been used or is no longer in original condition.
  • The buyer ordered the wrong item or SKU.
  • The return request is due to the product having an unusual smell.
  • Tracking information was deleted by the carrier or local post office.
  • The package was returned, discarded, or detained due to the customer's failure to complete customs clearance.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled for a full refund at any time before they are processed and shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.


European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery for any reason, without justification. The item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.


Force Majeure

We are not responsible for shipping delays or losses caused by circumstances beyond our control, including customs inspections, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, or other events outside our reasonable control.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Processing times vary depending on your payment method:

  • Credit/debit card: 5–10 business days
  • PayPal: 1–3 business days
  • Klarna: 2–14 business days
  • Pix: 3–5 business days

Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit. If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact us through your account or our store.
